Common questions
How do I get the game?
Pallas is in early development. Test builds go to a small invited group through the Epic Games Store, and there is no public sign-up at the moment.
The game says I do not have access when I sign in.
During testing, access is limited to invited accounts. Check that you are signed in to the Epic Games account that was invited, then email us with the address on that account.
I have a problem with my Epic Games account.
We cannot change or recover Epic Games accounts. For sign-in, password, or account security problems, contact Epic Games support.
How do I ask about my data, or have it deleted?
Email us at the address above. The privacy policy explains what information the game uses and what your choices are.
